purpose of providing individual and community development and disaster relief.
ADRA Yemen pursue a mission of changing the world by uplifting one life
at a time. ADRA International serves over 100 countries and is present in Yemen
since 1995. Its programs are supported by various country-based and
international donors. It has presence in different Governorates in Yemen
responding to 6 areas of humanitarian sectors. ADRA Yemen is undertaking
programs in Yemen in the fields of health, nutrition, WASH, food security,
livelihoods, and protection.

SUMMARY:
This role will be responsible for the production and
management of all multimedia content, specifically capturing and editing high-quality
photography, video, and graphic designs to document project impact. The
position holder co-manages social media platforms and assists in drafting
materials to support fundraising initiatives. By maintaining a professional
media archive and adhering to safeguarding ethics, the position holder ensures
all visual and digital outputs remain consistent and impactful.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communication
- Capture
and produce high-quality photography and video content from the field to
document project activities and impact.
- Design
and edit professional graphic layouts, video stories, and digital assets
for social media and various communication platforms.
- Support
and assist in drafting written content, including situation reports and
key messages, integrating visual media to enhance storytelling.
- Post
and co-manage content across all social media platforms, ensuring regular
updates and high engagement through the timely publication of stories,
photos, and videos.
- Develop
and maintain a comprehensive media archive, ensuring all photos and videos
are edited, tagged, and compliant with branding guidelines.
- Generate
and format high-impact visual outputs specifically designed to support
Business Development initiatives and fundraising objectives.
- Ensure
and verify that all multimedia products adhere to organizational
safeguarding frameworks and ethical content collection policies.
- Adhere
to the organization’s safeguarding framework, including Protection from
Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), child protection, anti-harassment,
and ethical conduct policies, ensuring alignment with international
standards (e.g., Core Humanitarian Standard, UN CRC).
- Promptly
report safeguarding concerns or violations through designated channels,
maintain confidentiality, and participate in mandatory safeguarding
training to uphold a safe, inclusive environment for all stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Production or a related field.
- One
year of experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating skills in
photography, videography, and graphic design.
- Expertise
in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere
Pro) and MS Office is required.
- Good
command of the English language (written and verbal), with the ability to
assist in drafting captions, social media posts, and reports.
- Experience
in posting and managing content across various digital platforms.
